On Saturday I went for a great run through Coyote Hills. It was such a nice day that I wanted to take Alex back after I got home. I know I should know this, but 3 miles for a little kid is FAR! I don't know why I always forget that my child can't walk very far!
I never go off the trail when I run so it was nice to walk around and just enjoy the scenery!
My muddy butt.. We went onto a dirt trail and as we were walking this lady who was going the opposite direction said "The trail is really really muddy up ahead". I said "Thanks" and kept walking.. Well I wish I would have listened! I thought I could make it through the mud, but my flip flop got stuck, then when I pulled it up I flopped mud all over the back of me! Alex was laughing hysterically (why was I even in flip flops??). My feet and legs were really muddy too... But we ventured on.

The house at the entrance, I love old houses!
